Tiida Engines and Chassis
The C11 Tiida uses the HR15DE (1.5L), MR18DE (1.8L) and HR16DE (1.6L) engines. The hatchback and the Tiida Latio sedan both ride on the C11 platform. The 1.5 and 1.8 use some different service parts, so confirm your engine code as well as the chassis.

Common Parts Needed on the Tiida
The most requested Tiida parts in Jamaica are front struts and control arms, CV axles, radiators and cooling parts, alternators, and headlights and body panels after minor collisions. The CVT models need CVT-specific fluid and servicing — a neglected CVT is the most expensive thing to go wrong.

Hatchback vs Latio — What Differs
The Tiida hatchback and Tiida Latio sedan share engines, gearboxes, front body and suspension. What differs is the rear: the tailgate versus boot lid, rear bumper, tail lights and rear glass. When ordering rear or body parts, always say which body style you have.
